Puerto Morelos is a town on the Mexican Caribbean coast. It is located between the resorts of Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya, but retains some of its original character as a fishing village. The Puerto Morelos Reef National Park has many dive sites along the coast. Turtles nest on the beaches along its coast. Inland are freshwater cenotes and more nature activities.
